  • 12 fresh jalapenos, finely diced
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a large pot and cook the elbow macaroni until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
