  • 14.5 oz canned diced tomatoes (high-quality)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ½ cup fresh basil (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced Italian sausage and cook until browned (5-7 minutes).
  2. Stir in minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
