  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat for about 7-10 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in taco seasoning and add a splash of water; let simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  4. In a baking dish, layer half of the beef mixture, followed by half of the tater tots and half of the cheese. Repeat layers ending with cheese on top.
