  • 10 oz fresh spinach
  • 14 oz canned artichoke hearts (drained)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Rinse and chop the fresh spinach into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add a splash of olive oil and sauté the chopped spinach until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  4. Fold in the drained artichoke hearts and sautéed spinach until evenly incorporated.
  5. Transfer to a greased baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes until golden brown on top.
