  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the teriyaki sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil until smooth.
  3. Place salmon fillets on one half of the baking sheet and arrange broccoli and bell peppers on the other half. Drizzle half of the sauce over everything.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork and vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Drizzle remaining sauce over the dish and sprinkle with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds before serving.
