  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 2 large fresh oranges (zest and juice)
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup pure honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together orange juice, zest, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil until well combined.
  3. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour marinade over them; let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
