  • ½ cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 cup creamy natural peanut butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar (sifted)
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Crush Oreo cookies in a zip-top bag using a rolling pin until fine.
  3. In a bowl, mix crushed Oreos with softened butter; press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  4. In another bowl, combine peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Spread the peanut butter mixture over the Oreo crust evenly.
  6. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth; pour over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before slicing into squares.
