- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Gently pound the chicken breasts to about 1/2 inch thickness.
- Sprinkle ranch seasoning evenly over each breast and add shredded mozzarella in the center.
- Fold each breast over the filling securely; use toothpicks if needed.
- Roll the stuffed chicken in a mixture of breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
- Place them seam-side down in a greased baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F/74°C).
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
