  • 16 oz fresh cremini mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh thyme or parsley, for garnish
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by slicing the mushrooms and mincing the garlic.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, warm olive oil until shimmering. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms to the skillet, stirring frequently until golden brown (about 5-7 minutes).
  4. Pour in white wine and let simmer for 2 minutes before adding heavy cream.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh herbs before serving warm.
