  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and finely chop the onions, garlic, and jalapeños.

  3. Add chicken breasts to the pot and cook until no longer pink (about 5–7 minutes), stirring occasionally.
  4. Mix in the cream cheese until melted and combined with the chicken.
  5. Pour in chicken broth, diced tomatoes with green chiles, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and bring to a gentle simmer.
