- ½ cup finely chopped celery

- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp fresh herbs (dill or parsley)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken filling by shredding cooked chicken and mixing it in a bowl with Greek yogurt, celery, red onion, mustard, herbs, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a floured surface to about 1/8-inch thickness.
- Cut circles using a round cutter about 3 inches wide.
- Place one tablespoon of the chicken filling in the center of each circle. Brush the edges with egg wash and fold over, crimping the edges with a fork.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange puffs on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
