  • 4 green onions, finely chopped
  • 20 potsticker wrappers (thawed)
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil (for frying)
  • Water (for steaming)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix chopped chicken thighs with minced garlic and grated ginger until well combined.
  2. Stir in chopped green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, and a pinch of salt; adjust seasoning to taste.
  3. Place one wrapper on a clean surface; spoon about 1 tablespoon of filling into the center. Moisten edges with water and fold over to seal tightly.
