  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: 8 oz spaghetti or linguine

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by peeling and deveining the shrimp. Mince the garlic and chop the parsley.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter until bubbly. Add shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side until pink.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Pour in the white wine and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the remaining butter along with lemon juice, stirring until a silky sauce forms.
  5. If using pasta, add cooked spaghetti or linguine to the pan and toss to coat with the sauce.
