  • 1 can (13.5 oz) full-fat coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp red curry paste (adjust for spice level)
  • 3 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • ¼ cup chopped peanuts

Instructions
