  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 large yellow onions, sliced
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup orzo pasta
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Sauté onions in a skillet over medium heat until translucent. Add minced garlic for the last minute.
  2. Layer sautéed onions and garlic in the crockpot, then place chicken breasts on top.
