  • 1 lb flank or sirloin steak, thinly sliced

  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup low-sodium beef broth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
