- 20 wonton wrappers

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chopped green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Place about one tablespoon of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Moisten edges with water to seal.
- Fold the wrapper diagonally to form a triangle, pressing firmly to remove air and seal tightly.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet over medium heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the wontons in batches for about 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
