  • 1 medium yellow onion, diced
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 3 cups frozen potato tots
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 10.5 oz condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a large baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with the diced onion until the meat is no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in the frozen mixed vegetables, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; cook until heated through (about 5 minutes).
  4. Remove from heat and mix in the cream of mushroom soup until combined.
  5. Spread half of the mixture in the prepared baking dish, layer with potato tots, and top with cheddar cheese.
