  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a large baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chicken until golden brown on both sides (about 5-7 minutes each). Allow cooling before shredding into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together heavy cream, chicken broth, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Layer shredded chicken evenly in the prepared baking dish. Add diced ham and top with Swiss cheese slices.
  5. Pour the sauce mixture over the layers and sprinkle panko breadcrumbs on top.
