  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Cook Arborio rice with 2 cups water until creamy (about 18 minutes). Let cool.
  2. In a skillet, sauté ground beef with soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and green onions for 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.
  3. Once the rice cools slightly, shape it into balls (about 1/4 cup each) and place bulgogi filling in the center.
  4. Dip each ball in beaten eggs and coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat. Fry arancini until golden brown on all sides (3-4 minutes per side).
