Valentine’s Day is the perfect time to create sweet memories with Valentine’s Hot Cocoa Bombs. These delightful chocolate spheres hold a surprise of mini marshmallows and rich cocoa powder that burst open in hot milk, transforming your drink into a cozy treat. Easy to make and irresistibly fun, they are sure to bring smiles and warmth, whether for a romantic evening or a family gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup high-quality chocolate chips (dark or milk)
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • Silicone sphere molds

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl at 30-second intervals until smooth.
  2. Coat the inside of silicone molds with the melted chocolate, ensuring even coverage. Chill for 10-15 minutes until set.
  3. Fill half of the molds with 1-2 teaspoons of cocoa powder and mini marshmallows.
  4. Press the other half of the molds onto the filled ones, sealing with additional melted chocolate if necessary.
  5. Carefully remove from molds and drizzle with melted chocolate and sprinkles if desired.
