- 1 cup high-quality chocolate chips (dark or milk)
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- Silicone sphere molds
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl at 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Coat the inside of silicone molds with the melted chocolate, ensuring even coverage. Chill for 10-15 minutes until set.
- Fill half of the molds with 1-2 teaspoons of cocoa powder and mini marshmallows.
- Press the other half of the molds onto the filled ones, sealing with additional melted chocolate if necessary.
- Carefully remove from molds and drizzle with melted chocolate and sprinkles if desired.
