  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips (melted)
  • ½ cup milk chocolate chips
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
  2. Melt dark and white chocolate chips in separate bowls; set aside to cool.
  3. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, followed by melted dark chocolate.
  4. Mix in buttermilk and vanilla extract until combined. Gradually add dry ingredients without overmixing.
  5. Gently fold in milk and white chocolate chips.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared bundt pan and bake for 50–60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow cooling for about 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack and dust with powdered sugar.
