- 9 no-boil lasagna noodles
- 2 cups ricotta cheese (whole milk)
- 3 cups fresh mozzarella cheese (sliced)
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cups marinara sauce (high-quality)
- 1 lb ground beef or sausage (lean)
- ½ cup fresh basil leaves (chopped)
- 2 eggs (whisked)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground meat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until softened.
