  • 1 cup plain full-fat yogurt
  • 2 tbsp tandoori masala
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp garlic and ginger paste
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, tandoori masala, lemon juice, garlic and ginger paste, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  2. Coat the turkey breast with the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (overnight for best results).
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (182°C) for 5 minutes.
  4. Place the marinated turkey in the air fryer basket and cook for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Let the turkey rest for 10 minutes before slicing against the grain.
