  5. Wrap the log in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least an hour to firm up.
  6. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice dough into 1/4-inch rounds and bake on parchment-lined sheets for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
