- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1 cup bell peppers, diced (assorted colors)
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 3/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 cups lettuce mix (romaine and arugula)
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 12 inches in diameter and place it on a pizza stone or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the rolled-out dough generously with olive oil. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- While the crust bakes, chop cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell peppers, red onion, and lettuce mix into small pieces.
