- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone inside if available.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and minced garlic; sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Add chopped broccoli rabe and cook until tender yet vibrant (3-5 minutes). Set aside.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 12 inches in diameter. Transfer to parchment-lined baking sheet or hot pizza stone.
- Drizzle dough with olive oil, evenly spread sautéed broccoli rabe on top, then tear burrata into pieces and scatter over the pizza. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and crispy.
- Drizzle with more olive oil, add salt and pepper to taste, slice, and serve immediately.
