  • 1 cup broccoli rabe, chopped
  • 8 oz fresh burrata cheese
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (plus more for drizzling)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone inside if available.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and minced garlic; sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  3. Add chopped broccoli rabe and cook until tender yet vibrant (3-5 minutes). Set aside.
  4. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 12 inches in diameter. Transfer to parchment-lined baking sheet or hot pizza stone.
  5. Drizzle dough with olive oil, evenly spread sautéed broccoli rabe on top, then tear burrata into pieces and scatter over the pizza. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and crispy.
  7. Drizzle with more olive oil, add salt and pepper to taste, slice, and serve immediately.
