  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or panko)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tbsp oil (olive or vegetable) for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine drained tuna, breadcrumbs, green onions, mayonnaise, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  2. Add the eggs to the mixture and stir until fully incorporated.
  3. Shape the mixture into small patties about 2-3 inches in diameter.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  5. Fry each patty for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
