Instructions

  2. While the pasta cooks, blend avocados, garlic cloves, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Add basil leaves to the blender and pulse until fully incorporated.
  4. Combine cooked pasta with the avocado sauce in a large bowl, adding reserved cooking water as needed to achieve desired creaminess.
