- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 16 oz store-bought gnocchi
- 2 cups fresh spinach or kale
- 6 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
