  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated

  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 8 oz rice noodles
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  3. In a bowl, whisk peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), grated ginger, lime juice, and remaining soy sauce until smooth.
