  • 8 oz medium egg noodles
  • 2 medium carrots, diced
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients on your countertop for an organized cooking experience.
  2. In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Sauté diced onion and minced garlic until translucent.
