  • 1 (20 oz) package cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach or kale, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Brown the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through.
  2. Add browned sausage to the crockpot along with marinara sauce, cheese tortellini, garlic powder, cream cheese, and chopped greens. Stir well.
  3. Cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
  4. About 30 minutes before serving, stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted.
