  • 1 frozen pie crust (9-inch)
  • 1 cup shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 1 cup crawfish tails (if available)
  • 1 cup mixed bell peppers (diced)
  • 1 medium yellow onion (diced)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté onions, bell peppers, and garlic until soft.
  3. Add shrimp, crab meat, and crawfish; cook until just done.
  4. Stir in heavy cream, chicken broth, and Cajun seasoning; simmer until slightly thickened.
  5. Remove from heat and mix in dill, parsley, and lemon juice.
  6. Pour the seafood mixture into the pie crust; cover with another crust, sealing edges and cutting slits for steam.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
