  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Sichuan peppercorns
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped (plus extra for garnish)
  • 1 tbsp chili oil (plus extra for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Chop green onions and mince garlic and ginger.
  2. In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add ground meat and cook until browned and crumbly.
