  • 4 fresh chili peppers (jalapeños or serranos)
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the chili peppers and garlic cloves (wear gloves if needed).
  2. In a blender, combine all ingredients: chili peppers, garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, lime juice, and sesame oil.
  3. Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness or spice to your liking.
