- 8 flour tortillas

- 1 tsp chili powder
- 2 tsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced chicken and minced garlic; cook until golden brown and fully cooked.
- Sprinkle cumin and chili powder over the chicken, then stir in salsa until well combined.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spoon chicken mixture into each tortilla, top with cheese, and roll tightly.
- Place rolled enchiladas seam-side down in a greased baking dish. Pour remaining salsa over the top and sprinkle with extra cheese.
