  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced

  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese blend
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp olive oil

Instructions
