  • 8 oz wide egg noodles
  • 6 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream or milk
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping the vegetables into bite-sized pieces and seasoning the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
