- 3 cups cooked turkey, shredded
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (peas and carrots)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese (divided)
- 2 tsp poultry seasoning
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a large casserole dish.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté onions in butter until translucent. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Stir in frozen vegetables and shredded turkey; mix well.
