  • 1 cup spicy beer (such as an IPA)
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 cup corn (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 ripe avocados, diced
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
