  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Tortilla chips and celery sticks for serving

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the Instant Pot with a splash of water or chicken broth.
  2. Pour in half of the buffalo sauce. Lock the lid and cook on high pressure for 12 minutes.
  3. Perform a quick release, shred the chicken with two forks, and set aside.
  4. In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and remaining buffalo sauce until smooth. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and shredded chicken until well combined.
  5. Return the mixture to the Instant Pot, set to sauté mode for 5 minutes until heated through.
  6. Transfer to a serving bowl, garnish with chopped green onions, and serve with tortilla chips and celery sticks.
