  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp aji amarillo paste
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
