Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line cupcake tins with liners.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream the butter and sugar for 3-4 minutes until fluffy.
  4. Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually mix in dry ingredients alternately with milk until just combined.
  6. Fill cupcake tins two-thirds full and bake for 18-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool before frosting as desired.
