  • 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper (any color), chopped
  • 34 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tbsp chili powder (adjust to taste)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping the onion and bell pepper.
  2. In a large pot over medium heat, add a splash of oil and sauté the onions until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the ground turkey; cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
