Instructions

  3. In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, and eggs until smooth.
  4. Gradually combine dry ingredients with the pumpkin mixture; mix gently.
  5. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 15-20 minutes until set.
  6. Turn the baked cake onto a powdered sugar-dusted towel and roll it up while warm; let cool completely.
  7. Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth; spread over cooled cake before rolling back up.
