  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs in a pot with cold water for about 12 minutes. Cover, then remove from heat and let sit.
  2. Transfer the eggs to an ice bath for 10 minutes to cool.
  3. Peel the eggs under running water if necessary, then slice them in half lengthwise.
  4. Scoop out the yolks into a bowl and mash with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and herbs until smooth.
  5. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
  6. Garnish with paprika and fresh herbs before serving.
