  • 2 tubes crescent roll dough (16 oz each)
  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup fresh spinach or 1 cup frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, spinach, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix until well blended.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough into a large circle on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Spoon the filling onto the wide end of each triangle in the dough circle without overfilling.
  5. Roll each triangle from the wider end to the tip and pinch edges to seal. Form into a ring by connecting ends.
  6. Brush the top with beaten egg for a golden finish and bake for 20-25 minutes until browned.
