  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, minced garlic, rosemary, chicken broth, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the sauce over the chicken.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Once cooked through, remove some liquid from the slow cooker. Mix cornstarch with water and whisk into the liquid until thickened.
  6. Serve sliced chicken drizzled with sauce.
