  • 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup refined coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the coconut oil with honey or maple syrup until smooth. Let cool slightly.
  4. Pour the melted mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  5. Gently fold in the chopped strawberries.
  6. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
