  • 8 oz medium shells or penne pasta
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add shrimp and cook until pink.
